Covid 19 Update
Due to the Covid 19 crisis, we are offering a select collection of our experiences exclusively in the virtual space until it is safe to meet in person once more. Currently, you may book a Private Group Yoga Class, Tarot Reading, or Guided Meditation for your group. We’re excited to add Cooking Classes to that list soon! Please Contact Us if you’re interested in receiving a note when they’re live. We’re currently accepting bookings for traditional, in-person, Asheville based classes with flexible cancellation policies starting June 1.
When we go live, here’s how it will work: Click BOOK NOW above to reserve your desired date and time. We’ll send a link to each member of your group 30 mins prior to your chosen start time so you all can hang out and catch up before settling into your practice. From there, your instructor will lead you through an hour-long class appropriate for all levels. We’ll leave the virtual space open afterwards for another 30 mins and folks are of course welcome to remain on or exit as they wish.

Craft a seasonal 3-course meal and get hands-on with the farm to table scene in Asheville!
Gather around the kitchen, sip your favorite beverage, and bond over the preparation of a nourishing meal under the expert direction of a local chef. Using fresh, farm-to-table ingredients, you may choose to craft a seasonal, three course meal together or learn about a specific culinary style like European, Asian, Vegan, etc. Along the way, we’ll share kitchen tips and tricks to help make meal planning, prep and cleanup easier. Our seasonal menus are easy enough for you to pull off on a weeknight, but they’re delicious enough that you can serve them for company. Appropriate for all cooking levels.
NEW! Farmers’ Market Upgrade. Include a guided shopping excursion at a local farmer’s market where you’ll hand select seasonal ingredients for your meal with guidance from the chef. Add $20/person
Cooking classes are a wonderful choice for girls getaways, wellness retreats, corporate team building, and more.
- $75/person. Add a $100 travel fee for the chef to conduct the class at your vacation rental.
- Minimum group size 6 or flat fee of $450 for smaller groups.

Corporate Team Building:
Inspired by current and classic culinary trends from around the world, this challenge includes fresh, farm to table ingredients and exciting culinary techniques. Two options:
Small Group, More Intimate, Relaxed Pace: Chef will provide hands-on instruction and support as your group works together to craft a four course meal. Through culinary trivia and exciting icebreakers, we’ll divide the group into teams, each responsible for preparing recipes from the selected menu. At the end of the cooking segment, everyone will enjoy the feast they created while our staff serves them at the table in courses.
Large Group, Fast Paced: In this fast paced team building activity, guests are divided into large teams and face off in a timed culinary competition. With Chef and the kitchen tstaff as culinary coaches, teams are challenged to create delicious dishes from scratch. When the clock runs out, each team presents their creation to the judge and then enjoys the feast they created. Teams are judged on presentation, taste and teamwork, and the team with the highest overall score will be crowned the winners.
Available for groups of 6-50, this is a lovely way to bond and cultivate your team atmosphere around a nourishing meal. Contact Us to schedule your event.
Can you accommodate dietary concerns?
Definitely! Please let your travel planner know about any dietary concerns or restrictions in your group a week prior to your class so s/he can plan accordingly. Please include specifics like celiac vs gluten-intolerance, allergies and their severity, preferences vs requirements, etc.
Are beverages included?
Cooking classes are BYOB. You’re welcome to bring your own tasty adult beverages but please note that you must be 21+ to consume alcohol…especially if you’re in the chef’s home.
Do I need prior cooking experience?
Beginners are welcome as are experienced chefs. Your instructor will share tidbits and guidance around technique (chopping, sautee, etc), ingredients, menu planning, and more.

I just returned from a family ladies weekend (12 ladies across three generations!) in Asheville and one of our highlights was a cooking class led by Asheville Wellness Tours at our rental home. It was a super fun evening and the planning of the class was seamless due to the company’s responsiveness and flexibility beforehand. Our class was scheduled from six to nine, and the team of three women who led the event arrived at five to set up. Our rental kitchen had basic cooking and serving ware but they brought all of the supplies and ingredients needed. Small snacks were provided during set up, at which time the ingredients were clearly organized into the 4 recipes we were making (note: their cooking classes are rooted in clean eating so the recipes are plant based). We made a winter veggie salad, cashew mac n cheese, stuffed portabella mushrooms and a lentil stew. A premade and delicious chocolate chia pudding dessert was also served. Once set up was complete, we broke into groups to make the recipes, which had been tailored to our kitchen constraints and group size. The three ladies were really fun and helpful, giving us lots of tips for cooking success along the way. Once the meal was complete, our family enjoyed the feast while the ladies helpfully cleaned the kitchen. I would highly recommend this cooking experience to anyone looking for a fun and different group activity!
