Suggested Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival – schedule a tarot card reading this evening to celebrate as everyone arrives and settles in. This lighthearted experience will set a the tone for deeper connections and bonding through the weekend while striking conversations that are sure to last far beyond your time together. 

Day 2 (morning): Start your day with a gentle flow yoga class with one of our expert local instructors. You can even show up in your pj’s as you get ready for the day! From here, you might choose to venture out to hit the town, cruise the parkway, take a hike, or enjoy the incredible food scene.

Day 2 (afternoon): After a full day spent exploring Asheville, return to the house and sink into the ultimate relaxation with in-home massages.

Wondering where to stay?

We’ve crafted this mini-retreat in hotels, homes, mountain cabins, lakeside retreat centers, and even outdoors in the Asheville Botanical Gardens but our recommended accommodation for this type of retreat is hands down a vacation rental or your private home.

Whether your group is celebrating a girlfriend getaway, wedding weekend, solo retreat, or corporate team building weekend, we recommend renting your own space. So many sweet memories are made during “downtime” in your schedules, when folks are lounging around, relaxing, and catching up. This can’t happen if you’re sequestered in separate hotel rooms.

FAQ (Yoga Class)

What type of yoga do you offer?

We work with only the best yoga instructors in Asheville so your private class can be crafted to fit your groups needs!  We can plan a warming flow class or restful restorative practice. Classes are appropriate for all levels.

Do you provide the props?

Your instructor will provide thoroughly sanitized mats for your use. You may also use your own mat, towel, or blanket for practice. We do not provide props such as straps, blocks, bolsters, etc, but your instructor will absolutely help you get creative with the supplies you have on hand and will offer modifications to asanas along the way as needed. If you know you need a particular prop, please let us know in advance so we can bring one along if possible.

Who is my yoga teacher?

All instructors hold a minimum 200hr yoga certification and a passion for wellness. Consider your instructor a resource! They love to chat about unique approaches to wellness and have allllll the recommendations for what to do around town.

Can I practice while pregnant?

Absolutely! All of our instructors have prenatal yoga training and will offer modifications.

How far in advance should I book?

Though we can often accommodate last minute requests, we recommend reserving your group yoga class at least 2 weeks in advance when possible…especially if you have a tight schedule. Our busiest days are Saturdays and the busiest season is March – October.

Definitely don’t let that discourage you last-minute-getaway-adventurers out there, though! Our team is large and we’re all passionate about sharing this practice with you. We’ll do what we can to accommodate… always!

What is the cancellation policy?

Full group cancellations more than 7 days prior to your scheduled experience are refundable minus a $5/person admin fee or you may choose a store credit for 100% of your purchase price. Out of respect for your guide’s time, full group cancellations between 7-0 days prior to your experience are non-refundable and no store credits will be issued within that window.

Group size decreases will be accepted up to 72hrs prior to your scheduled experience without penalty as long as minimum group size thresholds are met. Out of respect for your guide’s time, group size decreases between 72-0 hours prior to your scheduled experience are non-refundable and no store credits will be issued within that window.

YOUR ROLE: If you feel ill, are experiencing Covid-related symptoms, or have been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of Covid 19 in the past two weeks, please stay home and let us know as soon as possible. Our stated cancellation policy will still apply. If you are concerned about the risks of last minute cancellation, please consider taking out travel insurance.

Can you accommodate large groups?

Absolutely! We’ve offered yoga classes to corporate groups in ballrooms/hotel lawns/city parks, wedding parties on-site at gorgeous venues, yoga-where-you-are mini sessions for large meetings, and more.  We would love to bring a bit of balance and movement to your group.

What is Tarot?

Does a Tarot reading predict the future?

We like to think that tarot highlights areas of your life that you are ready to look at, rather than predicting the future.

Where do we meet?

Our tarot readers can come to your home, office, or vacation rental or meet you at a city park, cozy tea house, or local café. Not in Asheville? No worries! We can also meet you online for a virtual tarot reading…no matter where in the world you may be.

Note that locations more than 10 miles from downtown Asheville include an additional travel fee at the rate of $25 for each additional 10 miles. Example: 0-10 miles included  |  11-20 miles $25  |  21-30 miles $50 and so on.

How does a group tarot reading work?

Group tarot sessions begin with an intention-setting, guided meditation. From there, each participant will have an opportunity to ask their question (either silently or shared with the group) and the tarot reader will interpret the symbolism and possible messages of the cards that are chosen in response. The timing of each participant’s reading varies depending on the size of your group but you can typically plan on 10-15 mins per person. 

It can be powerful to not only witness someone else’s reading but to also relax into the support of your group and have your own reading witnessed by others. Individual tarot readings often overlap in group settings and this experience will surely spark conversation for quite awhile afterwards. It’s a unique way to connect more deeply to yourself and each other!

For groups who prefer a bit more privacy, you may also elect to have participants sit with the reader one-on-one so the group rotates through rather than participating in the full experience. For groups larger than 10, we will send multiple tarot readers to maximize your time.

How does a Virtual Tarot Reading work?

Click BOOK NOW to reserve your desired date and time. We’ll send a Zoom link to each member of your group prior to your chosen start time. We recommend logging in a few minutes early to troubleshoot any technical difficulties and settle in before your reading.

From there, a professional tarot reader will join in to guide your experience. Begin with a moment for intention-setting before you each receive a reading, approximately 10-15 minutes per person, depending on your group size. For groups larger than 10 or for groups with time constraints, we can have multiple tarot readers available and send either individuals or small groups into breakout rooms to maximize your time. What if I have a large group or a corporate group?

We can easily accommodate large groups, including corporate groups, by sending multiple readers, varying the flow of the session, or facilitating a workshop rather than individual readings. We have many creative options for you depending on the size of your group, the goal of your gathering, and any time constraints you may have. Both in-person and virtual tarot readings are available.

FAQ (Massage)

How far in advance should I book?

Due to the popularity of at-home massage, we recommend reserving your massages as soon as possible, but even if it’s last minute, get in touch! We’re often able to accommodate requests and will do what we can to support you. Our standard recommendations are as follows:

For Groups: if you’re a group of 4+, we like to schedule a team of therapists to care for your group in order to maximize your time. In these cases, advance notice of two weeks or more is recommended to increase your chances of scheduling at the time that works best for you. For large corporate groups (20+ people), we recommend scheduling at minimum 21 days in advance.

For Individuals, Couples, and Small Groups: while we can often accommodate appointments within 24hrs, we prefer as much advance notice as possible whenever possible. The more time we have to assign your therapist, the more flexibility we have to find the therapist we feel is the best fit for your specific needs.

How should I prepare for a massage at my home or vacation rental?

All you need to do is make sure you have space for the therapist to set up the massage table and be able to work around it (about 6’ to 7’ in length and 4’ in width). Your therapist will bring all the supplies needed, including massage oil and/or lotion, sheets, music, and towels.

Once your therapist has prepared the table for you, he or she will allow you the privacy to disrobe to your comfort level and position yourself on the table underneath a sheet or towel. Our therapists use professional draping techniques, so your privacy will be respected at all times.

Can you accommodate a pre-natal massage?

Absolutely! Please let us know in advance if any member of your group is seeking a prenatal massage. Due to the additional props and expertise required, this service costs an additional $15 per massage. Please note: our team does not offer massage for pregnancies in the first trimester.

Should I tip the massage therapist?

Gratuity is always appreciated but never obligatory. You may pre-pay gratuity as part of your check-out process if you’d like to ensure all details are taken care of in advance so all that’s left to do on the day of your massage is relax! You may also share with your therapist on the day of your treatment directly via cash or Venmo.

What style of massage is this?

Our standard at-home massage is a relaxing, Swedish style massage. If you have a special request (deep tissue, Thai, etc), please contact us ahead of time. We’re happy to accommodate when possible! Alternate styles and special requests may include an additional fee.
