Retreats are hosted monthly, May – October, at the beautiful Paint Rock Farm, an idyllic retreat on the banks of the French Broad River in Hot Springs, NC, this special event includes an immersive sound bath, yoga class, two catered meals and premiere glamping lodgings
Arrive between 4pm – 5:30pm and settle into your luxury glamping cabin.
Evening Sound Bath:
As the sun sets and the full moon rises, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a guided sound bath. Using crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments, this session is crafted to release stress, balance energy, and deepen your sense of tranquility.
Dinner by the Fire:
Savor a delectable dinner under the stars, gathered around a crackling fire. Our picnic dinner will be prepared by Chef Katie with locally-sourced ingredients that celebrate the season’s bounty. Enjoy the warmth of the fire, engage in meaningful conversation, and delight in the flavors of a thoughtfully prepared meal.
Wholesome Continental Breakfast:
Wander the peaceful grounds, making your way to the event barn at your leisure where you’ll find a delicious spread including traditional delights like fruit, toast, nut butter, whipped butter, overnight oats, coffee, and hot tea.
Morning Yoga Class
Start your day with a revitalizing yoga session as the sun rises. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of gentle poses and mindful breathing exercises, designed to awaken your body and center your mind, all themed around the Full Moon.
