Massage at your home or accommodations:
No need to worry about getting out of the house on time. We’ll come to you! Offering mobile massage treatments in Asheville and surrounding areas for groups such as girls getaways, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, wedding parties and corporate retreats. We are only limited by the size of your space!
Your therapist brings massage tables or chairs, linens, lotions, oils and music. All you have to do is relax!
Planning Notes: For parties of 4+, we’ll send a team of therapists to maximize your time. Locations further than 10 miles from downtown Asheville include an additional travel fee.
NEW in 2020: Private Spa Rental for Groups
Prefer a spa environment to your vacation rental? You can now rent out a full spa facility exclusively for your group here in Asheville on Sat | Sun | Mon mornings (other days may be available upon request). Reservations include 3 full hours of private access to the loveliest Nordic bathhouse in the bustling South Slope area of Asheville with sauna, cold plunge, heated lounge furniture, and a bright/airy space to enjoy time to unplug and unwind with your group. Details:
- Rental includes three hours of access between 8am – 1pm
- Add traditional massage for $110/hour (can accommodate 3 massages simultaneously)
- Add chair massage for $135/hour (minimum 2 hours)
- Bring your own food and tasty beverages (no glass containers!) if you wish
- Price starts at $600 for groups up to 6. Add $60/person for 7+ guests
- Maximum group size = 15
How Far In Advance Should I Book?
Even if it’s last minute, get in touch! We’re often able to accommodate requests and will do what we can to support you. Our standard recommendations are as follows:
For Groups: if you’re a group of 4+, we like to schedule a team of therapists to care for your group in order to maximize your time. In these cases, advance notice of a week or more is recommended to increase your chances of scheduling at the time that works best for you. For large corporate groups (20+ people), we recommend scheduling at minimum 14 days in advance.
For Individuals, Couples, and Small Groups: while we can often accommodate appointments in as little as one hour, we prefer as much advance notice as possible whenever possible. The more time we have to assign your therapist, the more flexibility we have to find the therapist we feel is the best fit for your specific needs.
How Should I Prepare for a Massage at My Home or Vacation Rental?
All you need to do is make sure you have space for the therapist to set up the massage table and be able to work around it (about 6’ to 7’ in length and 4’ in width). Your therapist will bring all the supplies needed, including massage oil and/or lotion, sheets, music, and towels.
Once your therapist has prepared the table for you, he or she will allow you the privacy to disrobe to your comfort level and position yourself on the table underneath a sheet or towel. Our therapists use professional draping techniques, so your privacy will be respected at all times.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
COVID UPDATE: until further notice, full group cancellations more than 72 hrs prior to your scheduled experience are refundable minus a $5/person admin fee or you may choose a store credit for 100% of your purchase price. If individual members of your party need to cancel due to Covid, we will refund that group member in full provided minimums thresholds for group size are met. These minimums ensure all experience providers, guides, instructors, etc are paid a living wage for their work. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to be as flexible as possible.
Traditional Policy: Cancellations more than 14 days in advance of your travel dates are refundable minus a $10/person administrative fee plus any fees charged by our local partners. Cancellations from 14-0 days prior to travel are non-refundable.

Your safety and the safety of our team and the community is of the utmost importance. To that end, we’ve taken a close look at our policies and procedures and have updated protocols for each tour, service, and experience we offer.
The following points are specific to Mobile Massage:
If you wish to leave gratuity for your therapist, you have options! You may prepay gratuity at the time of booking, call our office following the completion of your treatment to add a gratuity via the card on file, or with credit card directly with your therapist. Our therapists will be prepared to manually enter credit card information into our square app so that no physical contact with credit cards are necessary.
Sanitizing | Equipment:
While the spa and massage industry has always held high standards for cleanliness and sanitation, we are paying even closer attention now. Steps we take before/after every treatment include:
- Linens will be washed & sanitized with disinfectant detergent.
- Equipment will be sanitized before and after every session.
- Therapists will wear cloth face coverings for the duration of their interaction with you.
- Therapists will wear gloves if requested.
Out of respect for your therapist, please consider the following:
- Sanitize any high touch areas the therapist may need to touch prior to his/her arrival
- Refrain from touching the therapist’s equipment (the table will be covered with fresh, clean linens)
Therapists are required to wash and sanitize their hands before and after every session and are required to use a cloth face covering for the entire time that they are present on your property.
As a standard, they will not be using gloves but are happy to use them if it makes you more comfortable. Please let us know in advance if this is the case so they can arrive prepared.
As mandated by Buncombe County and recommended by the CDC, all therapists will complete a health screening prior to traveling to your location. If a therapist is feeling ill or has been exposed to someone with Covid 19 in the 14 days leading up to your treatment, we will substitute an alternate therapist. In the unexpected case that another is not available, we will cancel your treatment and refund you in full.
We’re committed to doing our part to care for our employees, community, and guests and we cannot do it alone. As part of our shared responsibility, we expect you to:
- Communicate clearly with us regarding any health concerns you may have
- If you feel ill, have Covid related symptoms, or have recently cared for someone with Covid-19, please stay home and alert us 24hrs or more in advance when possible (we will issue you a refund in full…even if you need to cancel last minute)
- Be patient with, understanding, and supportive of new procedures in place.
Some suggestions for consideration when preparing for your therapist to arrive:
- Open windows before your therapists arrives and during your session to increase air flow.
- Open the door when your therapist enters & exits your home to avoid unnecessary physical contact of surfaces by the therapist
These policies are meant to keep all involved as safe as possible and to support our business in remaining open!
