Due to the popularity of at-home massage, we recommend reserving your massages as soon as possible, but even if it’s last minute, get in touch! We’re often able to accommodate requests and will do what we can to support you. Our standard recommendations are as follows:
For Groups: if you’re a group of 4+, we like to schedule a team of therapists to care for your group in order to maximize your time. In these cases, advance notice of two weeks or more is recommended to increase your chances of scheduling at the time that works best for you. For large corporate groups (20+ people), we recommend scheduling at minimum 21 days in advance.
For Individuals, Couples, and Small Groups: while we can often accommodate appointments within 24hrs, we prefer as much advance notice as possible whenever possible. The more time we have to assign your therapist, the more flexibility we have to find the therapist we feel is the best fit for your specific needs.
All you need to do is make sure you have space for the therapist to set up the massage table and be able to work around it (about 6’ to 7’ in length and 4’ in width). Your therapist will bring all the supplies needed, including massage oil and/or lotion, sheets, music, and towels.
Once your therapist has prepared the table for you, he or she will allow you the privacy to disrobe to your comfort level and position yourself on the table underneath a sheet or towel. Our therapists use professional draping techniques, so your privacy will be respected at all times.
Absolutely! Please let us know in advance if any member of your group is seeking a prenatal massage. Due to the additional props and expertise required, this service costs an additional $15 per massage. Please note: our team does not offer massage for pregnancies in the first trimester.
Full group cancellations more than 7 days in advance of your scheduled experience are refundable minus your non-refundable deposit or a $10/person administrative fee (whichever is greater) plus any fees charged by our local partners. Alternatively, you may choose a store credit for 100% of your purchase price. Out of respect for the therapist’s time, full group cancellations from 7-0 days prior to your scheduled service are non-refundable and no credits will be issued within that window.
Group size decreases will be accepted up to 72hrs prior to your scheduled experience are refundable minus a $10/person administrative fee plus any fees charged by our local partners. Out of respect for your therapist’s time, group size decreases between 72-0 hours prior to your scheduled experience are non-refundable and no store credits will be issued within that window.
YOUR ROLE: If you feel ill, are experiencing Covid-related symptoms, or have been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of Covid 19 in the past two weeks, please stay home and let us know as soon as possible. Our stated cancellation policy will still apply. If you are concerned about the risks of last minute cancellation, please consider taking out travel insurance.
These minimums and policies ensure all experience providers, guides, instructors, etc are paid a living wage for their work. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to remain as flexible as possible while continuing to care for all involved.
Gratuity is always appreciated but never obligatory. You may pre-pay gratuity as part of your check-out process if you’d like to ensure all details are taken care of in advance so all that’s left to do on the day of your massage is relax! You may also share with your therapist on the day of your treatment directly via cash or Venmo.

Our standard at-home massage is a relaxing, Swedish style massage. If you have a special request (deep tissue, Thai, etc), please contact us ahead of time. We’re happy to accommodate when possible! Alternate styles and special requests may include an additional fee.
