These classes last one hour and center around a simpler menu to avoid “zoom fatigue” and leave plenty of time for you all to enjoy your meal together virtually afterwards. After crafting your menu directly with the chef, you will receive an ingredients list and recipe in advance of the class.

Our fun & unique cooking workshops are guided by professional chefs, who will help your team members elevate their cooking skills…whether you’re all together here in Asheville or connecting virtually from the comfort and safety of your own kitchens. With a wonderful variety of cooking styles to choose from, we suggest the following two options based on your group size:
Small Group, More Intimate, Relaxed Pace: Approx 3 hours, In-Person.
Chef will provide hands-on instruction and support as your group works together to craft a three course meal. Through culinary trivia and exciting icebreakers, we’ll divide the group into teams, each responsible for preparing recipes from the selected menu. At the end of the cooking segment, everyone will enjoy the feast they created while our staff serves them at the table in courses.
Large Group, Fast Paced: Approx 3 hours. In Person.
In this fast paced team building activity, guests are divided into large teams and face off in a timed culinary competition. With Chef and the kitchen tstaff as culinary coaches, teams are challenged to create delicious dishes from scratch. When the clock runs out, each team presents their creation to the judge and then enjoys the feast they created. Teams are judged on presentation, taste and teamwork, and the team with the highest overall score will be crowned the winners.
Virtual Cooking Classes: Approx 1 hour. Online.

Definitely! Please let your travel planner know about any dietary concerns or restrictions in your group a week prior to your class so s/he can plan accordingly. Please include specifics like celiac vs gluten-intolerance, allergies and their severity, preferences vs requirements, etc.
Cooking classes are BYOB. You’re welcome to bring your own tasty adult beverages but please note that you must be 21+ to consume alcohol…especially if you’re in the chef’s home.
Beginners are welcome as are experienced chefs. Your instructor will share tidbits and guidance around technique (chopping, sautee, etc), ingredients, menu planning, and more.
