Twilight Forest Bathing
Begin your half-day magical summer retreat with an afternoon tarot reading at a cozy tea house or in the comfort of your space. We gather in a circle and turn off our phones to be fully present. We begin with a guided meditation to set our intentions and then enjoy a personalized reading of the cards. A tarot reading is always illuminating and fun, and it helps us all to reconnect with everyday magic.
To keep the magic going, carry the messages of the cards into a fairytale forest bathing walk, culminating with one of Mother Nature’s most spectacular light shows…Fireflies!
Immerse yourself in the true wonders of nature during the summer season, which is our region’s exciting firefly season! We’ll enjoy a gentle stroll together through a peaceful forest, ending in an open meadow. There, we’ll get comfortable and marvel at Mother Nature’s light show as the sun sets and sparkling fireflies emerge all around us.
Although we can never guarantee a showing, we can also hope to see the elusive Blue Ghost Fireflies! We will surely enjoy the forest at twilight either way.

Special sunset yoga session
Let’s truly embrace the beauty of the summer season by moving through our sun salutation on a mountaintop as the sky glows all around us. We are always so grateful for these long summer days that allow us to marvel at nature’s beauty and breathe in more of this fresh mountain air.
We time our yoga hikes for around two hours before sunset, giving us plenty of time for the gentle hike to reach our favorite mountaintop spot and begin our guided yoga session. This spot is perfectly placed for enjoying a gorgeous sunset over the Blue Ridge Mountains!
This special sunset hike can be made all the more enjoyable with a bottle of bubbly to toast to the end of another perfect summer day.

Start your day with a SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga class on the beautiful French Broad River here in Asheville. Opt for a special sunrise start or mid-morning if you like to sleep in, no one will judge!
