We work with only the best yoga instructors in Asheville so your private class can be crafted to fit your groups needs! We can plan a warming flow class or restful restorative practice. Classes are appropriate for all levels.
All instructors hold a minimum 200hr yoga certification and a passion for wellness. Consider your instructor a resource — they love to chat about unique approaches to wellness!
Absolutely! All of our instructors have prenatal yoga training and will offer modifications.
Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance of your scheduled class are refundable minus a $50/group administrative fee. Out of respect for the instructor’s time, cancellations from 72 – 0 hours prior to your scheduled class are non-refundable.
Absolutely! We’ve offered yoga classes to corporate groups in ballrooms/hotel lawns/city parks, wedding parties on-site at gorgeous venues, yoga-where-you-are mini sessions for large meetings, and more. We would love to bring a bit of balance and movement to your group.
