Bundle up and venture out to experience the magic of the forest in winter. Soak up the stillness and peace on a Guided Forest Bathing walk. While the practice of nature and forest therapy is inspired by Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese art of “forest bathing,” our form of forest therapy refers to spending time in nature in a way that invites healing for both us, our fraught ecosystems, and our community. The forest is the therapist. Your certified forest therapy guide opens the door.
Together, we’ll restore our relationship with ourselves and the land with a slow, gentle walk (2 – 3 hours), enhancing our health, wellness, happiness, and creativity. We’ll end with a tea ceremony featuring a wildcrafted infusion and snacks. Upon departure, we’ll have an enhanced appreciation for the natural world and a practice we can apply in our daily lives.

After an invigorating morning, it’s time to rest! Retreat back to your comfy space where a team of massage therapists will treat you and your crew to 60 min massages and warming foot soaks to help you settle into a state of relaxation.
No need to disrupt your moment of zen as you round out your day or worry about reservations/parking/transportation. We’ll bring the food scene to you! Choose to go hands-on with the farm-to-table movement under the expert direction of a local chef with a cooking class or opt for a seasonal three-course meal, plated and served while you lift not a single finger.
